These pins are made in Estonia by Norma metal factory in 1970s and these kind of pins were very popular in the Soviet Union as around the world. Both children and adults would collect and trade them, and it was very fashionable to wear them.

The "Norma" manufacturing concern is legendary for the wide range of products they made during the Soviet era, from tins for consumer goods, to toys and lunchboxes.
