Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how PK Treasures (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") handles the order processing and shipment of products when you make a purchase on www.pktreasures.ee (the "Site").

Please read this shipping policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms covering various aspects, including but not limited to order processing, delivery estimates and additional charges that may apply during or after delivery. If you do not consent to the practices described in this Shipping Policy, we kindly request that you refrain from placing an order.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. The processing time may be delayed during periods of high volume of orders.

The customer will be sent a shipping confirmation email once the order has been processed and dispatched. A tracking number will be added if standard shipping option was chosen during order placement.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES, SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
The estimated delivery time will be communicated during the checkout process. Please note that these are approximations and differ based on the shipping option. The delivery estimates exclude order processing time.

We offer economy (untracked) and standard (tracked) shipping options. The exact shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, taking into account the delivery address and total weight of items in your cart.

Most used delivery rates:
Economy (untracked) Orders up to 130 grams - 6.40 €
Standard (tracked) Orders up to 250 grams - 15.95 - 19.95 €

PK Treasures reserves the right to contact you for additional shipping payment or to cancel the order in case the dynamically calculated cost of shipping turns out to be unreasonably low.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED, LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
PK Treasures is not liable for incidents such as damaged, lost or stolen packages during shipping. Please contact the postal service(s) to resolve such cases.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We hold no responsibility for any fees applied to your order. Additional charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (customs, taxes, etc.).
