Postal stationery is a postcard or envelope with a postage stamp printed on it.. A printed stamp token has a nominal or a note “Postage paid for sending to all countries” or “Postage paid for sending in Estonia”. A postal stationery cancelled with the first day of issue postmark can only be posted on the day of issue thereof. If you want to post it later, you have to use a new postage stamp on it.
